Stoke Stable

On the corner of Naylor Street and Stoke Lane stands what is believed to be the oldest remaining building in Carcoar. Stoke Stable was built from random stone in the 1840s by convicts as an outbuilding for the nearby Stoke Hotel.

Today it houses an interesting collection of items related to Carcoar's past. The display is on public view on most days. A closer inspection of the collection can be arranged by visiting Old Bakery Country Craft adjacent to the Museum or by calling 6367 3173
